How we will deal with your complaint
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 20 business days. If it is not resolved within 20 business days we will provide an update and must issue a final response within 40 business days from the date we receive it.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 40 business days, or if you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO).
