Complaints Procedure
Ger Brady Financial Services is committed to providing the highest standard of service. If you have a complaint, we want to hear about it so we can put things right as quickly as possible.
Step 1 — Contact us directly
In the first instance, please contact us by phone on 087 273 5555 or by email at ger@gerbradyfinancial.ie. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 20 business days.
Step 2 — Written complaint
If you prefer to submit your complaint in writing, please send it to: Ger Brady Financial Services, 5 New Row, Naas, Co. Kildare W91NND2. We will provide you with a written update within 20 business days of receiving your complaint.
Step 3 — Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 40 business days, or if you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO).
